FAQS

When and where is the show?

26th September at the Wilde Theatre, South Hill Park, Bracknell. 19:45 start.

Who can be in the show?

Absolutely anyone. Although an existing knowledge of the songs is essential as there will be little preparation time in the way of rehearsals.

Is there a charge to be in the show?

There is no charge to be in the show. You do however do need to be a basic member of CMP (£10 annual membership) This is for insurance purposes.

What is the show about?

The show is a tribute to the great man and all of his influences in the world of theatre. It will feature songs from his shows and shows influenced by him. It will be minimal choreography and will be performed to a live grand piano, played by Mark Webb. The concert will be Black Tie in style and look.

What if I don't have a suitable suit/dress?

Although we would prefer you to supply an evening attire for the show, we have an extensive range in our costume store, so we can provide you with something suitable if you are unable to provide one yourself.

When can we arrive on the day?

The theatre is booked from 09:00 and we will be doing staging and lighting all day. From mid afternoon people can start arriving if available but Tom will be in contact to discuss staggered arrivals nearer the time. The intention is to then run through as much of the show as possible however it is unlikely we will get a full run in before the performance.
